Costuming

This is a fantasy medieval setting, so anything appropriate to the genre would be great.

Queen Harmony

Queen Harmony has direct access to her normal suite of rooms, and so has access to all her clothing, her jewelry, and everything she might need for in the castle or an expedition into the Golden Lands. (Two of Lord Samuel’s lackeys are armed and stand outside the only exit from this "protected" part of the castle, on guard, to make sure that she doesn't leave.)

Lord William

As a member of the Council of Nobles, no one is going to tell Lord William what he can and can’t wear, including his weaponry, if he so decides. Wearing armor would, however, be gauche and clumsy, and would probably draw some extra, unwanted attention from Lord Samuel, so it is not recommended.
