Group greeting shouted whenever Mike got up in front of LARPers to do one of his many Shameless Plugs.
Mike Young is a legend in the Intercon community. He has an impressive collection of games you can download (many free) and play. He was one of the driving forces behind the Rules to Live By LARP mechanics system, which was used for the Dark Summonings campaign, The Stigmata of Thomas Enfield, and many other LARPs and LARP campaigns.
Mike originally ran the Dark Summonings campaign in the Baltimore/DC area. Some of us drove down to play NPCs in a few of the episodes. Somehow, we managed to convince him to rerun several of the episodes in the Boston area, so that we could play PCs.
Jennifer was one of those players. And, when a long winter break was scheduled, she was inspired to write this episode. She roped a lot of people, as usual, into helping her put the event on. It was a lot of fun for all involved!
